1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of digital products, online courses, and strategic advisory services offered by me, Charlotte Benzing, based in Germany.

By placing an order or signing up for one of my offers, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Offered

I offer:

  • Self-paced digital courses

  • Digital products as PDFs

  • Strategic 1:1 advisory sessions and programs

All relevant information about each offer, including content, delivery method, and duration, will be clearly communicated before purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is made via bank transfer, based on an invoice I send you.

You may choose to:

  • Pay the full amount upfront

  • Or pay in instalments as agreed in writing

Delivery begins once payment or the first instalment has been received.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my services and the immediate access to content or time reserved for sessions, I do not offer refunds.

This is in accordance with Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes digital content from the right of withdrawal once delivery has started and the customer has agreed to this.

By purchasing, you confirm that you waive your right to withdraw once delivery begins.

5. Delivery

All digital content will be delivered via Google Docs and/or email. Advisory sessions will be conducted via Google Meet or Zoom, depending on the agreement.

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to the necessary tools.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials I provide are protected by copyright and remain my intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Share the materials with others

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the content

  • Use the materials in your own offers, products, or client work

Any misuse or violation will result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me during sessions is treated as confidential. Likewise, I expect you to treat any proprietary content or insights I share with equal discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

I do my best to support you with valuable insights and tools, but I do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and implementation.

I cannot be held liable for indirect losses, missed income, or outcomes based on the use of my content or advice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Germany.
